SHIPPING & RETURNS.

Shipping:

Hermit London offers worldwide shipping with a tracked and signed for service. We ship everything from here in the UK and your order will usually be sent within a few days of your purchase. Once your order is ready to ship you will receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number. 

Standard Delivery Cost: 

UK - FREE UK DELIVERY (3-4 days)

EU - £7.00 (5-10 working days but please note that delivery may be subject to import taxes or custom fees which must be paid for by the customer.)

Worldwide - £14.00 (7-14 days)

Returns: 

You may return your order within the first 14 days of purchase for an exchange or a full refund as we believe that if something is not right it must be changed. We ask that you return your set of pyjamas with all hang tags attached. 

The cost of returns will be processed as soon as possible once received. We advise using a trackable shipping service as we can not guarantee your return will arrive. Please check for the item if you wish to exchange/swap is available in the shop.
